Vinyl Renaissance provides authorized repair service for all McIntosh Labs, Music Hall, Creek, Shanling and Thorens products. Repair service is available for other brands of amplifiers, speakers, tuners, tape decks and processors.
Our service department is fully equipped with the necessary equipment to return your unit to full operating condition. Our technicians have over 75 years combined experience in both tube and solid state units.
We charge an initial bench fee of $75 ($150 for Reel to Reel Tape decks) to prepare an estimate of the repair cost. If we perform the repairs the $75 is credited against the final repair cost.
For receivers, amps, and reel-to-reels our policy is to call you if the total cost to repair your unit is more than $150 plus tax. For all other units we will call with an estimate that is over $100 plus tax.
All work is guaranteed for 30 days from the date the customer picks up the unit.
